Founder Maxed Out Cheer Business 

As the founder of North East Cheer and owner of their home The Urban Factory, Rachel is delighted to share her journey, skills and knowledge as a gym owner to support the growth of cheerleading in the UK. 

With 18 years of experience of running her own programme and 5 years of being a gym owner, Rachel recently founded Maxed Out Cheer Business to help UK Cheerleading Business Owners grow & scale grow their own programmes.

Over the past few years North East Cheer has enjoyed considerable success on and off the mat with multiple international bids gained. Most recently finishing Season 17 with their first Worlds bid, 3 Summit bids and numerous national titles. 

Rachel and her team have transformed The Urban Factory into a multi discipline venue with over 1500 members offering cheerleading, gymnastics, parkour, tumbling and a dedicated early year’s programme. 

The growth of North East Cheer continues with the launch of their satellite programmes throughout the region and bespoke in house coach leadership training. 

Rachel has considerable experience of mentoring business owners, has had multiple success in bid writing and gaining funding, and is founder and investor in multiple businesses.
