All teams entered into IASF Cheer & Dance worlds divisions will compete twice both Saturday and Sunday in the Champions send of  “THE ULTIMATE WARM UP FOR WORLDS”

Ticket Information

Tickets will be available as Day Tickets at this event & Limited Weekend Passes.

We will confirm the block schedule and which divisions will compete on which day to all registered programs the week after the Early Bird Deadline. 

PLEASE NOTE TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE FOR PRE-ORDER WITH YOUR TEAM’S REGISTRATION AND THEN ANY REMAINING TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE DOOR SUBJECT TO CAPACITY. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ONLINE. 

We recommend that program’s place a team order for tickets when registering. Tickets can be added up to the On-Time deadline (subject to availability) Tickets will only go on general sale on the door if there is still availability after team orders have been accounted for.

Prices below include VAT.

You do not need to order Under 5 wristbands – these will be issued on the day at the event.

When an event is over 2 days or scheduled into sessions, confirmation of which divisions will take place on which days will be released the week following the Early Bird deadline (12 weeks out from the event).

3:30pm-9:45pm – Champions Send Off – Round 1 – All IASF Cheer & IASF Dance divisions.
SUNDAY:
8:00am-2:00pm – Champions Send Off – Finals Round – All IASF Cheer & IASF Dance divisions.
2:30pm-5:10pm – U16 Schools Level 1, U16 Level 1, U18 Level 1, IO Level 1, Masters Level 1, Senior Level 2, U16 Level 2, U18 Level 2, IO Level 2, IONT Level 2, U18NT Level 2, U16 Schools Level 2

*Please note, event registration will close once the maximum team limit is met, which may be earlier than the published event deadlines. To ensure your place at an event make sure to register asap!*

**PLEASE NOTE: If you have a registration on an event on the date of the on-time deadline – whether this is incomplete, pre-registered or submitted – all registration fees associated with this registration will be still be due, regardless of if you then go on to cancel the registration or withdraw some or all teams/participants from the event. For example, if you have started a registration for an event, but not completed it, and after the on-time deadline you contact us to withdraw from the event, or you do not contact us and simply do not attend the event, entry fees and any other associated charges will still be due to be paid.

If you cancel or withdraw teams/participants after the on-time deadline and payment has already been made, you are not eligible for a refund or credit for this.

To avoid these instances, make sure that your registration is accurate, or deleted if no longer attending, by the event on-time deadline.
